We arelooking for a vivaciousSenior Sales Executive who is excited to mentor andlead our salesteam. Working across two boutique fitness brands you willdriveproductivity and engagement ensure product knowledge is secondto none andmotivate the team to grow our membership base.

  • Develop andimplement a simple yet strategic sales pipeline to set the team upfor success.
  • Mentor coach and inspire theSales Team to ensure sales and membership growth targets aredelivered.
  • Achieve a monthly personal salestarget leading by example and acting as a role model for theteam
  • Lead generation and managementstreamlining productivity and negating unproductivetasks
  • Ensuring a retention strategy is inplace for new clients before passing to the Existing Membership/Operations team.
  • Assisting in retentionstrategy tasks such as member satisfaction calls and exitcalls
  • Develop new sales initiatives to broadenthe demographic of members and tap into differentmarkets
