This role as a SEMH Teaching Assistant will require you to have some previous experience of supporting children with challenging behaviours. Your responsibilties as a SEMH TA will be to provide engaging and empathetic educational support to student(s), aid with the learning and emotional well-being, liase with the class teachers to help support and adapt the learning to the students ability and/or needs. The ideal candidate for this role will have an understanding and/or knowledge of social and emotional mental health issues or a keen interest and open mind to helping vunerable students with these backgrounds.

Start date: Tuesday 4th September 2024

Hours:  08:30 – 15:30 – Monday to Friday (part time roles available)
