**Responsibilities**:
- Support classroom teachers in implementing tailored educational plans for students with SEMH needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Provide one-on-one assistance to students as needed.
- Collaborate with the wider educational team to create a supportive network for students.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a SEMH or SEND setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to the varying needs of students.
- A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students facing SEMH challenges.
- Relevant qualifications in education or related field.
