Job overview

Working Part time : 33.50hours per week

1 part time: shift pattern to be agreed to cover working days of 07:30-20:00. 

We have an exciting opportunity for 1 Ward Clerk to work within our current Children's Unit and join us moving into our brand new state of the art Women and Children's building in . In this role the post holders will be the friendly face to greet our patients and families and carry out administrative duties. 

The successful applicants will be highly motivated and enthusiastic, previous experience of working in an administrative role is essential.

Main duties of the job

You must be able to work using your own initiative, but also as part of a team. You will have excellent verbal and written skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with staff of all levels. Organisational skills and a keen eye for accuracy and detail are essential for this role.
