Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing warm leads to drive sales and increase revenue. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and follow up on warm leads to convert them into sales opportunities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences

- Present design proposals to clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our products

- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products to provide clients with relevant information

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in Internal Sales

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or in a team environment
