Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Internal Sales Specialist to join our team at TechNichols Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new enquiries, developing customer relationships, and progressing projects to order.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for all sales enquiries and orders received via phone and email
  • Process sales orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring proper configuration, pricing, and delivery scheduling
  • Take ownership of the entire life cycle of the order and project, acting as liaison between departments
  • Provide quotations and communicate with other tendering companies
  • Participate in customer meetings to discuss project particulars and secure business
  • Work towards increasing the number of Key Accounts
  • Prepare a monthly forecast to assist with production planning and maintain awareness of the business pipeline
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain productivity and meet objectives

Requirements:

  • Confident with good communication skills to liaise with customers
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a hunger for success
  • Comfortable with talking to customers over the phone, with outbound calling an essential part of the role
  • Computer literate
