Senior Sales Performance Director

Motus Commercials in Derby is seeking a dedicated Senior Sales Performance Director to lead the East Midlands region parts departments. This role will be responsible for formulating and executing Motus Commercials parts 'outward and internal facing' sales strategy and driving forward the financial performance of the function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and measure performance levels through KPI's.
  • Ensure maximum efficiency is delivered to customers and the Workshop.
  • Motivate and lead the team to deliver maximum efficiency and sales growth.
  • Manage field-based sales teams.
  • Ensure the department is in line with manufacturer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Brilliant leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Clear vision in achieving business goals.
  • An ability to motivate and inspire team members to exceed targets.
  • An ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with both colleagues and customers.
  • An understanding of the demands of the role and the time and attention needed to produce impressive results.
  • A methodical approach to work.
  • An ability to perform well under pressure.

Advantageous:

  • Knowledge of Kerridge systems.
