Join Our Team as a Customer Service Advisor in Maidstone

About The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in managing our customers' journey from their initial contact to the completion of their service. You'll ensure each customer receives the highest level of service and support, making their experience with us seamless and satisfactory.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction : Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, ensuring accurate documentation of details in our systems. Booking Management : Efficiently schedule customer appointments and coordinate vehicle collections and returns. Communication : Keep customers informed throughout the process by liaising with our drivers and maintaining clear and proactive communication. Administration : Update insurance companies, manage computer systems/portals, and create job packs to ensure smooth operations. Performance Targets : Achieve daily Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets to uphold operational excellence. Forecourt Management : Optimise space and workflow by moving vehicles on the forecourt as needed.

About You

We’re looking for someone with the following qualities:

Administration Skills : Proficiency in MS Office applications and a knack for quickly learning new computer systems. Team Player : Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while also excelling in independent work. Self-Motivated : Proactive and driven individual with a hands-on approach to tasks and responsibilities. Local Area Knowledge : Preferably familiar with the local area for efficient transport logistics.
