We are looking for an additional Customer Service Advisor to join our team. If you are enthusiastic, friendly, self-motivated and have a passion for all things food, we would love to hear from you

This is a full time, permanent role, based at our offices near Staplehurst Monday-Friday. 8.30am-5.00pm.

Duties include:

- Taking incoming and making outgoing calls to our customer database each day to take their weekly orders
- Working as part of our wider team, including accounts & the warehouse and ensuring that we offer a customer-centric approach to sales
- Upselling & promoting new products
- Building & maintaining relationships with our customers
- Working proactively & managing own workload to ensure tasks are prioritised accordingly.

Desired experience & skills:

- Previous experience with accounting / CRM systems
- Friendly & confident phone manner
- Enthusiastic & self-motivated
- Excellent organisational skills

**Salary**: From £21,000.00/year
