Role Overview:

The Purchasing Administrator will assist with Group IT purchasing requests for hardware and licensing ensuring service requests are fulfilled and processes are correctly followed.

Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on…

Supporting the implementation and development of software asset and procurement policies & processes Providing a source of escalation within the Group IT team for all purchasing and license enquiries Fulfilling global purchasing and licensing requests Ensuring the accuracy of costs and information within purchase orders and emails Controlling maintenance activities related to licenses, such as inactive user accounts with licenses Providing advice and guidance to internal customers, 1st line support and other technical teams Liaise and coordinate third party vendor to ensure a seamless service is provided to internal customers

Your previous experience is likely to include….

Understanding of IT related hardware and services, including knowledge of Microsoft Licensing and Office 365 Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, such as Excel and PowerPoint Experience in driving process conformity and improvement Providing service support within an organisation with geographically dispersed colleagues
