Job Description

What will you be doing?

This role will be working in a front office role supporting the client administration and financial planners. 

Some of your responsibilities will be to:

  • Handling communications with clients and stakeholders through face to face, telephone and email 
  • Meeting and greeting clients 
  • Providing support to clients and stakeholders 
  • Ad-hoc general administration

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience within a front office reception role 6months +
  • Experience / Knowledge of financial services would be desirable 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work 

Hours of work: Full Time in office 9-5pm Monday to Friday

Attire: Business Professional Attire
