We are looking to add a Junior Administrator to the growing team at Pension Works. Working full-time from the head office in Knutsford. As a Junior Administrator, you will receive £20,000 - £23,000 basic, dependent on experience, 22 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and fantastic opportunities as we continue to expand.

We help people across the UK access their private pensions with solutions that are tailored to an individual’s requirements. Providing regulated financial advice to help with aspects such as pension transfers, retirement planning, and pension drawdown.

As an Administrator, you will be required to:

- Booking meetings with clients
- Create and maintain client files on Intelligent Office.
- Issuing documentation to clients
- Submitting new business & recording on Intelligent Office
- General office duties including filing, scanning, photocopying and binding
- Compliance with financial services regulations

We are looking for an Administrator with experience within Pensions would be desirable but not essential. This role, being predominantly telephone based may also be suitable for those with experience as a Customer Service Advisor, Sales Executives or Telesales Executives within the Financial Services industry.

This is a fantastic role for an extremely organised and quick learner. Working in a very fast-paced environment you will be an excellent communicator and be proactive in your approach.
