Tatton Group is a dynamic and exciting business ranging from wedding & corporate events, short/holiday lets, film studios to property planning and investment. Based between Altrincham and Knutsford but working with some of the best professionals in the UK, no two days are ever the same

We are looking for an Assistant to the business who is confident, enthusiastic, disciplined and very hard-working to assist in business and personal affairs. Reporting to the Executive Assistant you must be agile and flexible to meet the changing needs of the business, able to multi-task, work on initiative and follow directions accurately and to completion is key for this role. You will have the ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise a high, fast paced workload. Training and support will be given, and this role is ideal for applicants who wish to gain more experience and can progress into more senior roles. Experience in HR administration and Xero would be highly advantageous.

**Duties will include**:

- Scheduling and diary management for the MD as well as other senior team members
- Organisation of the office, including filing for all departments, keeping all communal areas tidy and making sure the reception and MD’s refreshments are covered
- Greeting guests
- Assisting with the preparation of documentation for the MD’s meetings externally and internally
- Make sure all phones are answered, making sure all messages are recorded and delivered
- First point of call for travel planning for the MD and senior staff which includes keeping up to date with expenses
- Excellent verbal and written communication as well as maths skills
- Excellent IT skills including Apple, Outlook, word, excel and powerpoint
- Previous experience in an administration or Junior assistant role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
- Discretion and confidentiality
- An excellent telephone manner, outlook, word, excel and power point skills

The role is part time, a minimum of 25 hours per week.

**Experience**:

- Confident at booking travel (desirable)
- Xero (desirable)

Pay: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
