Job Description

The Leadership Development Coordinator directly contributes to achieving APi Group’s enduring purpose of Building Great Leaders by coordinating the administrative planning, execution, and follow-through for all API Group employee leadership development initiatives.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Identifies, negotiates and coordinates learning event venues and accommodation.
  • Initiates, manages & maintains relationships with external learning providers.
  • Maintains all departmental administrative & logistic duties.
  • Leads the creation and transmission of department communications.
  • Develops curriculum support materials.
  • Assists facilitators with learning event preparations.
  • Initiates and reviews program evaluations, follow-through engagements and participant / manager feedback on learning experience effectiveness.
  • Ensures employee learning records are accurately maintained.
  • Supports business level talent development teams as needed.
  • Other duties / projects as assigned.
