Essential RequirementsRequired Experience-Two years+ in a professional services organisation
-Two years+ in a multi-jurisdictional organisation
-One year+ in an HR/Comp and Bens Manager role
-Two years+ payroll management experience
-Experience of liaising with providers/suppliers of HR services in other jurisdictions
Required Skills/Working Style
-Collaborative, consultative approach whilst operating with a high degree of personal responsibility
-Resourceful and pragmatic
-Frustrated perfectionist
-Ability to deliver a high standard of work in a fast-paced environment with an excellent attention to detail
-Strong and clear written and oral communication skills with the confidence to build senior relationships
