Main duties of the job

Scan on any patient correspondence link the documents to the correct patient.

Link electronic documents to the correct patient record on Systym1 taking the time to input the correct location and health service.

Filter the documents filing documents to patients medical records that do not require further input.

Add clinical codes to electronic documents to update patients records with the correct medical information.

Coding immunisations when required.

Summarising patients medical records when required to cover.

Other duties as reasonably requested by management.

Experience

Essential

Good standard of education, including qualifications in English and Maths. Competent user of Microsoft Office software. Experience of working in an office environment. Experienced administrator.

Desirable

Experience of working within Primary Care.

Knowledge/Skills

Essential

Excellent computer and keyboard skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Can work both alone and as part of a team.

Desirable

Experience of working with multidisciplinary teams. Experience of System One.
