Location: London Central - Harley Street
Full time: 40 hours per week
Shift times: 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday (1 hour for lunch)

Salary: £27,352 per annum

We’re looking for an Admin Assistant to join our friendly and supportive Primary Care Team based in our prestigious private clinic in Harley Street.

As an Admin Assistant you’ll play a really important role and enjoy a wide range of tasks. You will support the entire team and no two days will be the same. If you enjoy variety, then this could be just the job for you

What you’ll do:

Booking appointments, diagnostics and scans, Completing referrals, Creating invoices and taking payments. Covering medical secretaries as required General admin Scanning documents

What you’ll bring:

Previous experience healthcare experience Familiarity with medical terminology A "can-do" positive attitude Ability to prioritise your work Good Microsoft Office skills Previous experience using EMIS (not essential) Teamplayer Excellent communication skills
