CK Group are recruiting for a Customer ServiceSpecialist - Greek speaking, to join a global pharmaceuticalcompany, based in Chester on a contract basis for 12months.

This is amultilingual role. Applicants must speak English and Greekfluently.

Salary:

17.00 perhour.

Customer ServiceSpecialistRole:
  • Receive ordersand enter them in SAP system after performing validations onorder.
  • Inform customers in case of qualityissues related to product, recalls, or put on holdsituations.
  • Handle backorders and returns forcustomers: entering into system, obtaining approvals wherenecessary, informing customer of decisions, and clearinglogs.
  • Monitor all open orders until completionand address exceptions.
  • Receive and answercustomer contacts through phone, e-mail and fax and record in calltracking tool.

YourBackground:
  • Be fluentin English and Greek.
  • Previous workingexperience in a customer service role, dealing with emails andcalls.
  • Ability to use SAP (SD module) and othercustomer service applications.
