Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration & Compliance Officer to joinour friendly Practice team in Romford.
North Street Medical Care is a high achieving surgery with over 20,100 patients over two sites; North Street Practice and at the Chadwell HeathHealth Centre in Ashton Gardens. The candidate may be required to work at bothsites as requested.
The Administrator we are looking for must have goodcommunication skills, attention to detail, a 'can-do' attitude and is able to deal with bothpatients and surgery staff face to face and over the telephone in aprofessional manner.
The role is for 25 / 30 hours per week Monday to Friday at agreed times.
Main duties of the job
This is a broad ranging post of duties. Duties can include but arenot limited to, the processing of PMAR, SARs, patient registration (electronicand hard copy) in a timely manner, liaising with team members and externalagencies such as primary care and health authority in accordance with currentpolicies. Assisting the Operations Manager with compliance duties.
The canditate must be able to use Excel and Word to a good standard.
About us
Our clinical team includes, GPs, Nurse practitioner, Nurses, HCAs, Pharmacists and Paramedics. We are a training practice. We operate over two sites, which is at North Street and Ashton Gardens.
