Office Administrator

We are assisting our client, a private care company based in Romford to recruit an outgoing and friendly administrative assistant to provide support to their Recruitment and Training team Within this role you will assist the day to day running of the recruitment function and will be a proactive and professional individual with a passion for administration and future advancement.
**Salary - From £22,000 p.a.**
**Type - Permanent, Full Time**
**Working Pattern - Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Organise interviews and co-ordinate resources to ensure smooth facilitation of the hiring process for all new Carers.
- Produce and update documentation to support the department.
- General office housekeeping duties.
- Assist Line Manager as directed.
**Person Specification**:
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail across administrative activities
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to build relationships throughout the business at all levels
- Enjoys working as part of a small team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
