We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Recruitment Administrator to support out Recruitment department in finding talented and skilled candidates to fill our job vacancies across all departments.

The Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for all administration requirements across the department to ensure the smooth running of the full recruitment cycle from start to finish. This includes supporting the recruiters with the onboarding process and ensuring all documentation, Rights to Work and referencing is completed prior to the candidates start date.

In return for this, we are looking for someone who has:

Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills, both written and verbal. The ability to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment. The ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload with a meticulous attention to detail. Experience within an administrative role previously.

What would I be doing as a Recruitment Administrator:

Supporting the recruitment team with the preparation of all new starter documentation, notifying relevant departments of new starters and completing various onboarding checks i.e., references, license and DBS checks and Rights to Work. Work with the HR Admin team to ensure personnel files are always kept up to date and highlighting any documentation that may need renewing including visa’s, permits and driving licenses. Supporting the recruitment team in the sourcing and shortlisting of candidates and coordination of interviews. Assisting in the creation of new ideas to maximise candidate attraction and response. This could be via advertising, social media and campaigns. Completing regular internal audits. Please note that this role is an office based position in Bournemouth.
