We are looking for a Ticketing Duty Manager to join our Visitor Experience and Ticketing team on a fixed term part time, 24 hours per week, basis. 

This is a unique opportunity to join the Visitor Experience and Ticketing team whose focus is on providing a world class experience to all visitors to Southbank Centre and primarily:

Work front of house to manage the ticketing and membership operation, overseeing event incomings and ensuring an exceptional experience.  Lead the Visitor Assistant team to deliver a warm welcome to all visitors, supporting them in their role as the face of Southbank Centre. Proactively offer visitors assistance, information and guidance about our site, events, festivals and local area.  Collaborate with colleagues in the day to day running and administration of the department.  Work closely with the Visitor Experience Duty Manager to deliver an outstanding front of house experience.
