About the role

Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Chef Support Advisor to join the Chef Support Team. As a Chef Support Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service to both our restaurant customers. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, whilst still maintaining a professional and friendly approach.

What you will do:

  • Answer customer support messages via telephone or emails, promptly to enhance the customer service experience.
  • Accurately record and log interaction with customers and updates account information and able to retrieve this information to create reports
  • Keep sensitive information and financial records private and confidential
  • Work to maintain best practices for efficient communication with customers
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of updated company rules and policies to address issues such as returns, poor quality products, wrong, missing and delayed delivery to inform customers
  • Address costumer questions about new products, services, promotions on sales
  • Meet regularly with team lead to give feedback to help improve customer service culture, response time and tools to improve staff experience
  • Willing to learn from management to properly apply company policy to customer solutions
  • Contribute to bottom lines sales by increasing customer satisfaction
  • Carry out other roles within the department as and when needed

What you will need:

  • Methodical with excellent organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail & ability to produce high quality & high accuracy work
  • Able to work well under pressure and to demanding deadlines
  • Ability to work under minimal guidance and supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate and proficient with using Excel
  • Flexible and professional approach
  • A team player with a strong ‘can do’ attitude
