As a Customer Marketing Manager you will primarily responsible for creating and delivering Customer Marketing (CRM) campaigns through a range of direct marketing channels including e-mail, direct mail and SMS. You will test and optimise campaigns across all channels aimed at increasing cross sell, upsell and retention across the Post Office customer base and work with external agencies to ensure high quality delivery of creative solution.
You will manage a range of internal stakeholders to improve the integration between different product categories and marketing teams and approve all content in line with our financial approval process. All of Post Office’s products and services will fall under the role’s remit so plenty of opportunity to manage campaigns with a broad customer base.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a strong background in a similar CRM role. You will also need to possess:
• Ideally 5 years experience in a CRM role
• Experience with Adobe Campaign and Salesforce would be of benefit
• Be confident with data and analysis and have a hands on approach to CRM design and implementation
• Be commercially driven, customer obsessed and have strong stakeholder engagement skills
