Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of customer service representatives to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that customer service initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide training and coaching to customer service representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
