• Perform general secretarial/administrative duties for the Production department.
• Daily staff absent and attendance report, uploading return to work form to ESS
• Good numeric and literacy skills
• Previous experience in a similar administration role, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience of using Navision software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

As a production administrator you play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising production processes within organisation. You will coordinate activities across departments, manage production schedules and resources, ensure product quality and compliance with regulations, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production. Through effective coordination and resource management, you will contribute to the efficiency, quality, and profitability of production operations.

Facilitate communication between the sales team, production, and other relevant departments.

• Ensure that all relevant parties are informed about changes in product availability, pricing, or
other pertinent information.
• Provide general administrative support to the production department, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
• Assist in organizing sales meetings and events as needed.
