We’re looking for a Head of Security to lead our vibrant and dynamic Security team.

As a Head of Security at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:
- Constructing and maintaining a security rota to enable 24hr cover and effective operation.
- Managing and leading the team and liaising with outside agencies as required.
- Ensuring that guiding policies and procedures are in place and reflect the requirements of the Group Operations Security Manual (GOSM).
- Training the Security department on SOP’s and/or arranging external trainings as required.
- Compiling appropriate risk assessments (RA).
- Carrying out internal audits of security and FLHSS requirements in preparation for the annual audits which may be unannounced.
- Chairing the Risk Management Committee (RMC) that encompasses both the hotel and residences.
- Dealing with any RIDDOR submissions on behalf of the hotel and residences.
- Ensuring that the hotel and residences comply with any relevant local code.
- Delivering training as required to other departments.
