Summary:

The Senior Digital Activation Executive in THG Beauty sits within the Commercial Marketing Retail Media team. Within the Digital Activation function, we collaborate with brand marketing leads, buying, e-commerce, core performance channels & design on a daily basis to execute a range of brand-funded performance marketing campaigns. The role gives an incredible insight into performance marketing, retail & e-commerce and exposure to external brand marketing planning. We are external-facing THG ambassadors and media experts.

Key Responsibilities 

Co-developing and executing paid media and retail media campaigns to drive brand growth whilst exploring new growth opportunities across beauty, skincare, and haircare brandsMid and post-campaign reporting to demonstrate key metrics in the uplifts generated and showcase investments’ ROICreation of multi-platform media plans working closely with the commercial marketing team and media agencies to deliver 360 media campaignsSetup and monitor multi-platform paid media campaigns and budgets; partner with finance team to track against monthly budgetsOperate brand-facing, assist building authentic relationships with THG Beauty’s key partners to co-develop data-driven performance marketing activity to drive brand growthSupport in securing incremental media investment with new and existing brand partners, through effective pitching and reportingContinuous optimisation of campaigns to agreed ROI targetsWorking with our in-house marketing and relevant channels to deliver campaigns and assets in time Work effectively with wider marketing, commercial, buying & e-commerce teams to ensure media is delivered impactfullyContinuous learning and development across key media platforms to remain specialist and deliver innovative media strategy for brand partners

Responsible for executing paid and retail media campaigns Driving income and profitability across multiple campaigns simultaneously for beauty partnersEnd to end management and reporting of campaigns Curation of new digital activation opportunities for investing brand partners

Essential Requirements:

Digital marketing skills 1-2 years experienced paid media / digital marketing professionalFacebook Business Manager / TikTok Ads Manager competentA passion for paid media marketing Digitally literateProven end-to-end sales skills – prospecting, pipeline management, closing, negotiation Analytical skills Excel, numeracy & reporting competentAnalytical and performance mindsetProven ability to meet targets Strategic skills Self-starter and self-motivatedBeauty / retail enthusiastCritical thinker & problem-solving skillsExcellent communicator – provide clear and detailed insightsEffective communication and presenting skills, both face-to-face and written.Eye for detail and delivering creative media solutionsDetail and process orientedAbility to work under pressure in a super-fast paced environment
