**Who you are**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinate Cult Beauty lead and co-branded events, to bring to life buzz worthy media and consumer facing activations that create industry noise
- Be proactive in brainstorming creative and out of the box concepts for events and activations that allow us to hero our brand, drive awareness and creative maximum content generating opportunities
- Work closely with production agencies to ensure regular and clear communication between teams, keeping critical paths up to date so that deadlines are met
- Support on the ideation and creation of elevated gifting for media contacts at activations
- Work closely with brand partnerships and influencer teams for collaboration opportunities
- Create robust events reports measuring against KPI's and benchmarks, along with valuable insights and learnings, and communicate results internally
- Be the eyes and ears for all industry event news, sharing inspiration with the wider team and adding detailed examples and analysis to the competitor report
- Build relationships with key press and influencer contacts, including friends of the brand and target media
- Ensure the media database is kept up to date with current job titles and contact information

**Must haves**:

- A minimum of 3 years experience in the beauty/wellness PR industry
- A true passion for the beauty and PR industry
- Be extremely well-organised and detail orientated
- A creative thinker who can come up with out of the box and innovative ideas
- Be familiar with the current PR landscape and up to date with industry news
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with competing deadlines and priorities
- Ability to thrive in an environment where your responsibilities will change based on the current project, problem or campaign
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
