We are now seeking a motivated Assistant Producer specializing in Team Coordination to join our growing team. The role does not directly involve product responsibilities but centers on ensuring smooth operation and maximum efficiency of our cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will foster clear communication, track and report on progress, and help resolve any team issues, contributing to a productive and harmonious working environment.

Requirements

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operation and smooth workflows.
  • Monitor project timelines, track progress, and ensure all deliverables are met on schedule.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication within teams and with other departments or stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed records of project progress and obstacles, reporting as necessary to the leadership team and stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve any interpersonal issues within the team, fostering a positive and harmonious work environment.
  • Collaborate closely with the teams to optimize their workflows, identify and address bottlenecks and impediments.
  • Liaise with producers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth flow of information.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an Assistant Producer, Team Coordination, or similar role in the gaming industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
  • An understanding of game development processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and decision-making processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
