Visualisation Producer

Visualisation Producers are responsible for managing one or multiple large-scale projects and multi-disciplinary teams working across previs, techvis, postvis, and Virtual Production inc. motion and performance capture, onset lightweight VP, and volume shooting. You will manage clients, budget, and internal crew and are key to bidding, planning, negotiating, and delivering our work and projects.

Producers are outcome-focused and work closely with the Head of Production and MD to provide effective guidance to Production teams and with Supervisors and Heads of Department in FPS and in the wider Framestore family.

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce and manage budgets and schedules that take into account all aspects of pre-production Visualisation and Virtual Production, ensuring that the project is completed to the highest standard achievable
- Actively liaise with clients on the scope of work, bids, financial and production progress reports, approval documents, purchase orders, and change orders
- Manage financial reporting of project revenue and actuals
- Build schedule scenarios and work closely with the crewing team, HoP, and supervisors to crew up your projects
- Manage and support Associate Producers, Line Producers, and coordinators on your projects
- Oversee successful client deliveries including tracking volumes and quotas
- Handle performance, productivity, attendance, and timekeeping in liaison with team leaders
- Ensure security protocols are observed
- Ensure project wrap protocols are followed
- Lead and deliver project post-mortems and ensure constructive and critical feedback is identified and followed up
- Work closely with HOP regarding training, pipeline and systems requirements
- Work with counterparts in international studios on cross-site projects
- Maintain a positive and professional working environment on the show
- Pitch and bid for new business
- Assist HO and MD team with additional ad hoc duties as required

**Essential skills**:

- A proven collaborator who is invested in helping individuals work well as a great team
- Previous experience as a Visualisation, VFX, or VP Producer working on complex creative, technical, and multi-disciplinary projects
- Highly organised with first-class resource planning, time/project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent client and crew management skills
- Thorough understanding of complex technical pipelines and workflows inc. ideally, Pre-Production, VP, and VFX
- Ability to remain calm and confident in a fast-paced environment and to always work collaboratively with all team members
