**The Role**
You will be managing interdisciplinary production teams working on some very exciting projects using future technologies, especially for online games. For this position we´re looking for a responsible and proactive associate producer with strong communication skills to become part of our team.
To qualify for this position you must have previous experience with game development and a strong understanding of the needs of all involved disciplines.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing the production teams of great online game projects of different genres for different platforms using innovative technologies from scratch
- Promoting effective and sustainable team dynamics
- Creating an environment for your team that supports open communication and encourages creativity, teamwork and proactivity
- Taking responsibility for the production timeline, dependencies, delivery and quality
- Communicating with our customers and partners
- Communicating the needs of the project, team, stakeholders and partners clearly
- Tracking progress on a daily basis and react quickly and effectively to obstacles
- Creating, prioritising and maintaining tasks and backlogs in relation to periodic production goals
**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**
- 3+ years proven experience in project management in the games industry
- You have worked on an MMO or online title
- Worked on at least one live operated title
- Strong understanding of the diverse aspects of software and game development and the needs of all involved disciplines
- Strong problem-solving ability
- You have managed one or multiple disciplines and scrum groups
- Passion and knowledge of games
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
- Able to work under pressure and to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Good knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence etc.) and MS Office
- Team player and self-driven
- Proven ability to efficiently organise, lead and execute meetings with effective decisions
- ability to evaluate development risks and provide contingency plans
- Solid English and German skills, good communication skills with strong affinity for transparency
