Kundenkontakte pro Jahr und hilft Autofahrern in ganz Deutschland, entweder in einem der 370 Service-Center oder unterwegs mit mehr als 240 mobilen Einheiten. ​

Teamleiter Customer Contact Center (m/w/d) - Schwerpunkt B2B

Dein Aufgabenbereich
  • Als Teamleiter im Customer Contact Center verantwortest Du die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie die operative Steuerung eines Teams des B2B Bereiches.

  • Du analysierst und verantwortest die Ergebnisse Deiner unterstellten Mitarbeiter und leitest erforderliche Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Kundenservicequalität und Erreichung der vereinbarten Performanceziele und KPIs in Deinem Team ein.

  • Zudem sorgst Du für die stetige Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter durch beispielsweise Schulungsmaßnahmen und einen reibungslosen Kommunikationsfluss und unterstützt bei der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter.

  • Die Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen sowie die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe und -prozesse und die Teilnahme an Projekten rund um das Customer Contact Center auch bereichs- und abteilungsübergreifend gehören ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben.

  • Du berichtest regelmäßig an den operativen Manager B2B und tauschst Dich mit den anderen Teamleitern im CCC zum operativen Tagesgeschäft und Best-Practices aus.

  • Es wird regelmäßig fachliches und kommunikatives von Dir durchgeführt, und es findet Beratung mit anderen Teamleitern und deinem Team unter Einsatz agiler Methoden/ Tools statt.

​ Du bringst mit
  • Auf Basis eines erfolgreich abgeschlossenen betriebswirtschaftlichen Studiums oder einer abgeschlossenen kaufmännischen Ausbildung bringst Du mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position, idealerweise in einem Customer Contact Center, mit.

  • Als Führungskraft zeichnet Dich ein hohes Maß an Entscheidungsfreude und Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie eine ausgeprägte Kunden‐ und Serviceorientierung aus.

  • Persönlich überzeugst Du mit Deiner hohen kommunikativen und sozialen Kompetenz und übernimmst gerne auch eine Vorbildfunktion.

  • Mit modernen Systemen/Tools und Arbeitsprozessen in einem Customer Contact Center kennst Du Dich aus und kannst mit den gängigen MS Office-Programmen sicher umgehen.

  • Du überzeugst durch Dein analytisches, konzeptionelles und umsatzförderndes Denken und Handeln.

  • Idealerweise hast Du bereits Verständnis für digitale Prozesse und den Einsatz agiler Methodiken und arbeitest sehr eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert als auch lösungsorientiert.

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.
