Your new role: Partner/ Channel Manager - UKI

Are you passionate about driving partner-led and partner-influenced sales efforts? Join us to lead and manage all go-to-market (GTM) activities for an assigned group of partners within a defined geographic area. In collaboration with our Partner Enablement Team, you will facilitate the transfer of Cognigy sales, pre-sales, and post-sales skills, ensuring competency in these core areas to achieve our company's growth objectives.

As the Partner Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with an assigned group of partners. Your main objective will be to enable partner competency in promoting, selling, and delivering Cognigy’s solutions, driving partner lead generation, and ultimately maximizing partner sales.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners. Provide support, training, and sales resources to ensure partners have the knowledge and tools to effectively promote, sell, and deliver Cognigy’s solutions.
  • Enablement: Drive partner enablement in cooperation with the Cognigy Global GTM Enablement team and the Cognigy sales team.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Collaborate with the Cognigy Marketing team to create partner-specific marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Work with partners to develop joint marketing initiatives, co-marketing programs, and events to generate leads.

Overall, this position plays a critical role in driving partner sales growth and enabling, expanding, and maintaining strong global partnerships.

Requirements

About you

  • Proven and successful experience within Partner and/or Channel Management within the Conversational AI or Contact Center (CCaaS) space is essential.
  • Experience managing partners and scaling the related go-to-market.
  • Understanding and experience with different types of sales engagements: sell-with, sell-through, and sell-to strategies
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • A proactive and strategic mindset with a focus on results.
