Job Description:

As our new Change Analyst Apprentice, you’ll work to understand the IT Change Management practices for any change request that will go into the live environment. You’ll monitor and manage change management requests from inception through to closure and provide guidance around the Change Management Process where appropriate. If successful, you’ll be enrolled on the Level 4 Improvement Practitioner Apprenticeship which will typically run between 14-18 months.

What you’ll be doing:
 
  • You’ll support the Change Analyst in requesting and gaining approval for change requests.
  • You’ll co-ordinate and ensure appropriate communication updates are recorded in the Change Management Tool (ServiceNow)
  • You’ll act as a point of contact for all change requests you will provide guidance on progressing changes as and when required.
  • As the point of contact for all change requests, you’ll have the ability to escalate to change requesters, assessors and approvers as and when required, to ensure the change process is not delayed.

What you’ll have:
 
  • GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent) at grade A-C (9-4)
  • You must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject.
  • Must have been resident in the UK for 3 years.
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • Great organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise these accordingly.
