KeyResponsibilities:

>ProductionAdministration

  • Creatingbill of materials
  • Generating workorders
  • Liaising with SiteManager
  • Scheduling component & boarddeliveries
  • Postinginvoices

>InventoryAdministration

  • Creatingnew item codes ensuring all related documentation and processes arecompleted

>SupplierAdministration

  • Purchaseorders
  • Sourcing newsuppliers
  • Overseeing goods receivedprocess
  • Monitoring order acknowledgementsand/or late deliveries
  • Managing supplier leaseand trial products
  • Building strong clientrelationships
  • Handling suppliercomplaints

>Estimating of selling prices for manufactured items and bought ingoods

>Arranging customs clearance VAT and duty handling for the import offoreign shipments whenrequired
