Job Description
Why Evelyn Partners London?
Our team operates from the Evelyn Partners head office, fostering collaboration among 1,600 colleagues in a modern environment.
We prioritise audit quality through regular training sessions and social events to encourage best practice sharing and teamwork. Additionally, our office is divided into smaller pastoral care teams to foster relationships and ensure a supportive culture, emphasising wellbeing.
What will you be doing?
Join our expanding Marketing team for the chance to support the execution and delivery of our firm's financial services customer acquisition marketing activities. This role focuses on priority B2C audiences across various marketing channels, including a series of live and virtual events.
As a Marketing Activation & Events Manager, your responsibilities will include among others
Develop and execute fully integrated campaigns covering both online and offline channels to drive brand and customer growth as part of the overall GTM marketing plan Support the Head of B2C Marketing to develop new channels, properties and networks to reach our priority B2C audiences and activate those properties in marketing channels and with live and virtual events Develop and implement a strategic delivery plan for each event, delivering high quality output that matches the brief Coordinate systems management, asset creation, online promotion and slides for webinars and events Post event analysis and recommendations to maximise the impact of the event going forward, the collation of leads generated from an event and contributions to the Teams reporting process Work with Business Development colleagues where events are predominantly lead generation. Create a joined up approach and present as one voice to stakeholders To have clear sight of the long-term ambition of the firm’s marketing proposition, whilst also identifying and delivering short-term gains/quick wins where appropriate
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have
Proven experience of multi matrix marketing planning and/or campaign management with a strong understanding of campaign integration and effectiveness, Demonstrable experience in a Marketing role in a commercial environment Relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders Proven experience of delivering events as part of a marketing growth strategy Working across large/small scale virtual events using Zoom from inception to post event analysis. Working across large/small scale events, seminars, conferences, exhibitions and networking events including front of house on-siteDesired Competencies
Planning and organizing Results orientation – delivering to deadlines and targets Commercial awareness – understanding profitable and scalable opportunities Collegiate – ability to work cooperatively with colleagues at all levels Excellent communication skills are essential Resilience and enthusiasm Team player, with the ability to work in collaborative sales environmentProfessional Qualifications and Education
Relevant marketing qualification(s) Institute of Direct Marketing or Chartered Institute of Marketing certificate or diploma level – desirable
