About this opportunity:

Are you ready to take on a leadership role in shaping the global talent acquisition delivery and execution strategy at Ericsson? As the Global Head of TA Delivery & Execution, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to drive the success of our talent acquisition (TA) delivery teams. You will be responsible for leading a team to deliver on hiring and strategic programme goals, while fostering innovation and excellence in execution.

What You'll Do

· Develop and collaborate on the go-to-market (GTM) model for executing hiring demand, including a multi-vendor delivery strategy,

· Define global standards for performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and balanced scorecards,

· Align with key partners in various cross-functional teams and develop business cases for enhancing delivery opportunities,

· Lead change management efforts for delivery-related projects and launches,

· Foster relationships with business leaders to understand delivery requirements and build robust support models,

· Identify and negotiate complex agreements with suppliers to support Ericsson's scaling needs,

· Lead, mentor, manage, and coach a team of TA leaders and professionals,

· Lead performance reviews and ensure required service delivery commitments are met,

· Drive innovation in sourcing and collaborate with project teams to enhance recruitment experiences,

· Apply data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimize strategies for continuous improvement,

· Stay informed about talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and critical skills acquisition strategies.

· Understanding of laws, regulations, and compliance issues surrounding hiring.
