To help us achieve this mission we are looking for two** Technical Delivery Leads** to take us on this journey.

Joining our growing Networks Operations team, the Technical Delivery Lead will have a deep understanding of fixed line telecommunications, vendors, suppliers and in depth end to end order process. You will have demonstrable experience in Openreach products and ordering platforms, and proven ability to handle complex order management and escalation.

**What you will be doing**:

- End to End order management - RFQ/placing orders through to completion
- Attend weekly WIP calls and service review meetings
- Ensuring WIP provided meets requirements
- Questioning, querying and holding vendors to account
- Escalating to high level as and when required
- Reporting of vendor lead times
- Attend weekly project meetings
- Reviewing and approval of billing/invoice queries / raising purchase orders
- Engaging with network engineering department to help with delivery of projects
- Raising vendor early life faults
- Booking field resource as required for I & C work and joint site visits with vendors
