Hays are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Admin/ Aftersales to join our client on an ongoing long-term temporary assignment.
Location: Farnborough, UK. (Candidates should be based within a reasonable commute)Assignment type: Till end of the year (possible 12 months rolling contract extension where you will be engaged via Hays)Working environment: Hybrid working: 2 days in the office - 3 days at home is an option after training (1-3 months) based on a blended approach.Hours per week: 37.5Pay rate: £15.38
Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience and knowledge within a sales and customer service environmentPrevious experience in Sales and/or Customer Service is essential.Previous experience in the Automotive or Financial Services industry is desirable.Computer-literate with sound knowledge of all Microsoft PackagesAbility to communicate at all levels, both internal and external.Self-motivated but also able to work well in a team with a proactive nature.Strong interpersonal and influencing skillsAbility to work under pressure and multitaskHigh attention to detail and accuracySelf-motivated, organised and confident in taking the lead where requiredSales through service attitude with proficient telephony skillsAble to self-manage and identify escalation pointsAbility to interact with a variety of people/departments at different levelsCapable of positive negotiationAbility to accurately handle and understand numerical data for quote to order process and reporting purposes
