Amazon PPC Marketplace Manager

ICONIC SALES has arrived in London and we are looking for qualified employees to make our successful concept from Germany big in the UK. Get the unique chance to be in our team as Account Manager for the leading German Amazon Agency. As an Amazon Account Manager (m/f/d) you will be working closely on the success of your assigned customers, their products, and brand(s). You are responsible for the sustainable and long-term performance of the customer, develop clients’ accounts strategically (Seller or Vendor) and are the main contact person for the customer. You will also coordinate tasks with other teams from advertising, visual branding and content. We give you the opportunity to build and implement structures and processes for our account management team in UK.
Your tasks:
- Development of marketplace and product strategies on Amazon
- Coordination and communication with various partners.
- Strategic and operational planning of the Amazon Advertising strategy for clients from a wide range of industries.
- Advice and operational support for corporate clients. You are the direct contact person for our customers for all questions relating to advertising.
- Carrying out keyword research, market and competition analyses
- Planning and implementation of PPC and display campaigns to make your customers' products and brands visible in the relevant placements on Amazon.
- Monitoring and optimization of your customers' advertising campaigns based on relevant KPIs.
- Derivation of advertising-specific measures to achieve strategic customer goals.
- Regular reporting of campaign performance to corporate clients.
- Maintenance and handling of project management tools / CRM systems.
- Intensive exchange and cooperation with other specialist departments.
- Completed studies (Bachelor or Master) in the field of business administration (focus on marketing/e-commerce), media
or - Completed commercial training with 1-2 years of professional experience.
- Initial experience in the field of (online) marketing through projects and/or internships.
- Working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is a matter of course for you and you enjoy using it on a daily basis.
- Analytical thinking is one of your strengths. You enjoy working with figures and using them to derive measures and strategies.
- You are interested in how online marketplaces such as Amazon work.
- Communication with team colleagues is important to you. Working in teams is a basic requirement for us to advance our customers. For this reason, a strong ability to work in a team is essential.
- At the same time, you are committed, self-organized and take a proactive approach to projects with the desire to make a difference.
- You are curious and open to new developments and topics.
- You are not afraid of direct customer contact and find a solution even in critical situations.
