We are looking for a Senior Change Partner to join us in driving effectiveness and efficiencies in VMO2 organisation change programmes and set us up for long term success

The role will partner the business to design products based on the needs of our stakeholders to help them deliver organisation design, development and change interventions.

You will help support a team in proactively identifying challenges and opportunities as well as seeing activities through to consultation and resolution.

A big part of the role will be to lead, inspire and develop a team of Change Partners & Change Delivery Specialists, driving a culture of high performance and agility.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

Proven experience of working within a HR change and transformation environment within a large complex organisation Previous people management experience Thorough understanding of employee relations/industrial relations structures and ways of working, people policies and processes Sound knowledge of employment law, and strong exposure to HR standard process as it relates to Change and ER Full CIPD membership and qualified (or equivalent business qualification)

Experience working successfully with employee representatives/forums and trade unions Capable of using knowledge, communication, and relationship skills to positively influence key business decisions across the role’s key partners Telecoms proven experience Programme/project management experience
