We are currently looking for a central services administrator to provided admin support to both hard and soft services. They will carry out all administrative functions by the process and procedures and to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, communication and relationship with all of operational engineer teams. This role is based around Hounslow and will be a full time position at 40 hours a week 

The shift pattern will be Monday-Friday with the shifts starting at 7:00am and finishing at 16:00pm

Other general duties include being responsible for all CM's, PCM's, PM's, PR's and EV's across the contact and making sure to liase with the ckeaning and hard services team. You will be raising purchases in a timely manner and ensuring that the work has been approved. Have a clear and concise understanding of WIP. You will be ensuring the running of Maximo to check when work orders have been client approved and use it to further check which systems are being rolled out within the business. 

The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent knowledge and understanding of Microsoft office, Maximo, Oracle, SAP and Power BI as well as having an amazing customer focus. They will be able to demonstrate their knowledge of health and safety as well as management of safe systems of work associated with the role and work environment, An attention to detail and ability to priorities tasks in a fast-paced environment is also preffered.
