  • Inclusion in the company bonus scheme.
  • Hybrid Working: 37 working hours a week split between 40% home working and 60% office working.
  • Flexible Working: Core hours from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday to Thursday and 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Friday. Our working window is from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM, allowing employees to adjust their schedules.

About the Job

As a Project Manager within Trelleborg Aerospace, you will be responsible for executing strategic projects. Your tasks will include planning, managing, and supporting project goals and outcomes. Your scope will cover research and development, new product launches, sales projects, and technology transfers. Reporting to the Global Project Management Manager, you will collaborate to drive innovation and excellence.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Defend & Grow: Improve service and fulfillment to enhance existing business
  • Drive Growth: Innovate within value streams
  • Global Alignment: Lead replication and fleet alignment
  • Safety & Sustainability: Elevate our aviation safety and sustainability culture
  • Quality Focus: Lead project tasks aligned with our Quality metrics
  • Budget Management: Lead all aspects of project budgets and costs
  • Issue Resolution: Anticipate and raise issues to the right management level
  • Operational Coordination: Coordinate project activities across relevant departments

About the Ideal CandidateEducation & Experience
  • Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience is required
  • Experience in the Aerospace Industry is preferred
  • Project management background is essential
