Ground Control iscurrently looking for a ComplianceCoordinatorto join our growingbusiness.

As a diligent and detailorientatedCompliance Coordinator you play a crucial role in the compliance ofoperational teams through coordinating activity to maintain andevidence required skills and accreditations. You will be involvedin validating documentation submitted by teams and assisting inprocesses to obtain security vetting as required by ourclients.

The Compliance Coordinator will also beresponsible for responding to Field Team requests resolving queriesefficiently and providing essential business communications forupdates and action.

What youllachieve

As aCompliance Coordinator you will beaccountable for:

  • Coordinating withField Teams to ensure the maintenance and evidence of their skillsand accreditations within our complianceapplication.
  • Monitorcompliance status and proactively address any discrepancies orissues.
  • Validate alldocumentation submitted by operational teams including Right toWork checks ensuring accuracy andcompleteness.
  • Assist inthe process of obtaining security vetting as required by ourclients.
  • Respond to FieldTeam requests promptly and efficiently resolving queries andproviding necessaryassistance.
  • Provide clearand concise business communications for updates andactions.

Who werelooking for

  • Strong Attentionto Detail and Organisational Skills.
  • ExcellentCommunication and InterpersonalAbilities
  • Ability to work effectively in afastpaced environment and manage multiplepriorities.
  • Previous experience in compliancecoordination or related role.
  • Familiarity withdocument validation process.
  • Understanding ofsecurity vetting procedures and regulatory requirements isdesirable.
