This role is perfect for someone with apassion for research content development and document managementwho thrives in a fastpaced environment.
Whatyou will achieve:- Research and Analysis: Divedeep into client requirements industry trends and competitoranalysis to gather crucial insights for bids. Learn from past bidsto understand how to best address clients questions.
- Content Development: Assistin crafting compelling bids from executive summaries to technicalresponses methodologies ensuring clarity conciseness and alignmentwith client needs.
- DocumentManagement: Organize and maintain bid documentsincluding templates proposals and reference materials. Collaboratewith various teams across the business to ensure accuracy andrelevance in bid submissions.
- Quality Assurance: Reviewbid documents for accuracy completeness and compliance with clientrequirements and company standards. Conduct quality checks toidentify and correct errors or inconsistencies in contentformatting and messaging.
- Deadline Management: Managemultiple bids simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet tightdeadlines. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completionand submission of bidresponses.

Who are we lookingfor
As a Junior Bid Writer youllwork closely with senior bid writers to produce highquality bidsoften managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet tightdeadlines. You will need to be organised with a strong attention aswell as having excellent communication skills. We are particularlywelcoming applications from individuals with thefollowing:
- Proficiency inMicrosoft packages
- Exceptional organizationaland time management abilities
- Ability tothrive under pressure and navigateambiguity
- Bachelors degree in EnglishCommunications Business or a related field.
- 12years of bid writing experience
- Familiaritywith bid writing processes and best practices
- Aproactive and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn andtake on new challenges.
- Strong attention todetail and accuracy with the ability to proofread and editdocuments effectively.
