About the role

As a key member of the Premium Sales Team at the first direct arena, this role will report directly into the Head of Premium Sales. The primary responsibility is to ensure that the expectations of our premium guests are not only met but exceeded, contributing to a world-class experience for all our guests.

You will be responsible for:

Maximizing revenue opportunities and exceed premium guest expectations. Fulfilling corporate premium packages to meet targets. Serving as the main contact for assigned clients, developing, and maintaining long-term relationships. Communicating client needs to the Head of Premium Sales. Supporting the Head of Premium Sales with administrative systems and department organisation. Collaborating with operations, F&B, and ticketing to maintain corporate hospitality systems. Regularly update department files, databases and customer records. Managing the relationship with Seat Unique our Premium Ticketing Marketplace. Assisting in developing premium packages and new business strategies. Optimizing cross-sell opportunities and client relationships to ensure repeat business. Contributing to client incentive strategies to drive sales. Acting as Premium hospitality Duty Manager, overseeing VIP desk services and staff on event nights. Assisting in budget development and cost management to maximize profit. Coordinating premium guest experiences and preshow activations. Performing other duties as assigned by the Head of Premium Sales.

You will have:

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. Ability to create and manage excellent customer relationships. Ability to work with some direction and to use own initiative. Strong attention to detail. Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to problem solve when necessary. Previous experience of client account management. Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously. Proficient in the use of Excel, Power Point, and Microsoft Outlook.
