- Fulfill corporate premium packages to meet targets.
- Serve as the main contact for assigned clients, developing and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Communicate client needs to the Head of Premium Sales.
- Support the Head of Premium Sales with administrative systems and department organization.
- Collaborate with operations, F&B, and ticketing to maintain corporate hospitality systems.
- Regularly update department files, databases, and customer records.
- Manage the relationship with Seat Unique, our Premium Ticketing Marketplace.
- Assist in developing premium packages and new business strategies.
- Optimize cross-sell opportunities and client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Contribute to client incentive strategies to drive sales.
- Act as Premium hospitality Duty Manager, overseeing VIP desk services and staff on event nights.
- Assist in budget development and cost management to maximize profit.
- Coordinate premium guest experiences and preshow activations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and manage excellent customer relationships.
- Ability to work with some direction and to use own initiative.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to problem solve when necessary.
- Previous experience of client account management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
- Proficient in the use of Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.
