Located in London at the heart of the global music industry the Institute for Contemporary Music Performance (ICMP) has been developing and delivering contemporary music education for over 30 years – longer than any other music school in the UK.
Now as part of the AD Education Group, ICMP offers a specialist range of industry-aligned undergraduate and postgraduate courses focused on preparing musicians, producers, performers, creative artists and entrepreneurs for a successful and rewarding career in the music and wider industries.

Reporting to the Registrar as a key member of the Registry leadership team, this is a key role in shaping the future of ICMP and support our application for indefinite Degree Awarding Powers (DAPs). The role requires strong leadership and interpersonal soft skills combined with excellent relevant knowledge and experience of working of the higher education sector. The successful candidate with have experience of leadership working in a Programmes or Assessment team in an HE environment and they will have experience of leading excellent customer focused student services. They will also have knowledge of Student Assessments, data management and running Examination Boards and running projects and workstream
The role will involve leading and developing the student help desk and programme administration & assessment and Library teams in the oversight and execution of effective student and programme support ensuring that we provide excellent customer service to students and academics. This includes working closely with the Quality and Student Records, Data & Systems and Academic teams on a variety of operational and strategic planning activities, projects and events related to administrative support functions and processes.
