We are one of Scotland’s largest social care charities, offering care to people in need of a helping hand, supporting them to live life to the full whatever their circumstances. So, if you have no experience in care, we can support you to kickstart your career in care as part of a supportive like-minded team, who are there for each other as well as the people in their care.
As a relief member of staff, you will have the flexibility to work as and when you want, with as few or as many shifts as you are able. This is a great way to achieve a work life balance, fitting work in around your other commitments.
In addition this post is eligible for a Shetland Island Allowance of £2,541 pro rata per annum.
